Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QuinR Marketer, operated by QuinR Digital Solutions. By creating an account or connecting a service, you agree to them.
1. What the service does
QuinR audits a website you control, proposes changes to it, and — where you approve them and have connected a system that permits it — applies those changes. It reads data from third-party services you connect, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must own the website you connect, or be authorized to change it on the owner’s behalf.
- You are responsible for reviewing proposed changes before approving them. An approval is an instruction to modify your site.
- Keep your account credentials secure, and tell us promptly if they are compromised.
- Do not use the service to publish unlawful content, to manipulate search results deceptively, or in breach of any connected third party’s terms.
3. Changes to your website
QuinR does not modify your site without an approval, and records the previous state of anything it changes so the change can be reversed. You remain responsible for the content of your website, including text QuinR drafts and you publish.
4. No guarantee of rankings
Search rankings are determined by search engines, not by us. We do not guarantee any particular position, traffic level or commercial outcome, and any figures shown are measurements of what happened rather than predictions of what will.
5. Third-party services
Where you connect a third-party service, your use of it remains governed by that provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, and changes they make to their interfaces may affect what QuinR can do.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and rate limits may interrupt it.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you; where the law limits them, they apply to the fullest extent it allows.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if required by law. On termination we handle your data as set out in the privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use after a material change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or the service will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
